Designed for drivers, the FirstAlt Driver app, powered by First Student, guides you through the initial steps to kickstart your driving endeavors:

1. You will receive a text message from your service provider containing a link to download the app.
2. Download the application.
3. Create your profile by entering your mobile phone number and generating a 6-digit pin. Verify your phone number with the one-time code and proceed to input your basic details.
4. Initiate registration with FirstAlt. Start the process by providing your mobile number and 6-digit pin. You will be required to furnish your address and complete the FirstAlt Driver Acknowledgment form. Proceed to receive a call from First Advantage for instructions on finalizing your background and motor vehicle checks.
5. Upload the essential documents hassle-free. Dispense with paperwork and swiftly submit the requested documents via the app to receive immediate updates on your onboarding status.
